How to Fix a ZortsID When It's 'Incomplete'
Below are step-by-step instruction on how to fix your ZortsID after it has been reviewed and rejected on the website, iPhone app, and Adroid app.

5. Select 'Fix'
6. Note the ‘Rejected’ status near the field that needs to be corrected.
7. The reasoning is listed right underneath the status.
8. Click ‘Edit’ at the top of the screen
9. Click ‘Update’ to upload a new photo of the participant that adheres with the listed guidelines.
a. Ensure the "headshot" photo of the participant is a SOLO (participant only), FORWARD facing, CLEAR (not blurry) photo from the shoulders up. The photo should show the entire face, with no obstructions (including hair) to the participants face. No hats, mouth guards, sunglasses, etc. The photo should resemble that of a state ID or passport or it will be REJECTED for correction by the purchaser.
a. Ensure that the photo shows the entire document (corner to corner), and that it is clear and legible and that the document type matches the verification document type selected.
11. Your card is now 'Pending Review' and will be reviewed within 3-5 days.

iPhone
1. Log into your account and click 'Account' at the bottom right. Then, click 'ZortsIDs'
2. Click on your ZortsID that is labeled 'Incomplete'
3. Click on the section that is labeled 'Rejected' to read the rejection notice and upload a new file
4. Click on the first field labeled ‘Rejected’. (in this case, the photo and Birth Certificate have been rejected. We'll first click on the 'Photo'.)
5. Note the reason for rejection and select ‘Upload’ to upload a new photo in accordance with the guidelines listed below.
