# How to Validate/Fix Field Access for Coaches

## Below are step-by-step instructions for how to validate/fix field access for coaches

> Use these instructions if you update any event information after registration has opened

> This will update coach field access to ensure the correct number of coaches are listed for each team

    1. Navigate to [https://zortssports.com](https://zortssports.com/) and log into your account

    2. Select your organization and the specific event

    3. Click the '**Roster**' then '**Coaches**' tab

    4. Click the '**More**' then '**Field Access**' buttons

    5. Scroll down to the bottom then click '**Validate/Fix All Teams**'
