If your event is hosted on Zorts (with your STRIPE account connected, registration enabled, and ZortsIDs required for eligibility), we will promote your event for FREE! This includes a one-time feature via our Top Stories and an email blast.
If you are utilizing registration and ZortsIDs for your event, please forward your event flyer to promos@zortssports.com
Please note, we can only post a limited number of flyers each day to avoid overwhelming our users. Events will be posted in the order they are received.
If you are using Zorts exclusively for paid registration or only for our scheduling/bracket features (without requiring ZortsID eligibility), we can promote your event with an email blast for a fee. Please see the photo below for more details.
Paid Promotion Fees can be found inside your event by going to ADMIN > PROMOTE and following the demographic selections.
1. Enter the necessary information and click "Preview Cost"
a. The system will project a price as well as the number of prospects that will view your promo based on the demographics entered. At that point, you can click "Continue" to carry on or "Change" to make updates and try again.
2. Click "Upload" to upload a photo such as your event flyer
3. Fill in the "Body" with as much information as you'd like to portray. (We recommend copy and pasting your Clubhouse page description here). Then, click "Continue".
5. Review everything and click "Checkout"
